All about Denims:

We concentrate on two of the most important parameters in case of denims which is: Fit and Fabric.

Fit: Fit is an important aspect while manufacturing denims, We always take into consideration that denims should be comfortable but not too loose, and most importantly, something one feel confident in.

​

Fabric: We use selvedge denims for manufacturing. We develop fabrics according to their strength and our mills usually has a specific trait and specialty.

Our Manufacturing Process:

​

  • Manufacturing of our denims starts right from selecting yarns, indigo shades, weights and selvedge. We make one of best denim in the world which comes from a shuttle loom.

  • We follow basic 5 Step Process:

  1. Spinning.

  2. Dyeing and Sizing Process.

  3. Weaving.

  4. Finishing.

  5. Packaging.

  • We use Cotton wrapped polyester material for stiching and follow the SPI(Stich Per Inches) level of 8-9.

General Norms which we follow are as follows:

  1. Light-weight Denims: 9-10 oz. (Preferable for Summer and Vacation use)

  2. Ideal Denims: 10-12 oz. (Preferable for Every Season wear)

  3. Heavy-weight Denims: 13-16 oz. (Preferable for high class denim enthusiasts)
